It underlines them when the document isn’t refreshed. Once you click Refresh, it will update all references and remove the underline. This will take a long time with 400 references in LibreOffice.

I use LibreOffice. The text document I am working on has about 400 pages. That's why I had deactivated the automatic update until now. I have just enabled it, but Zotero has quite a lot to do with it.
