by adamsmith ·Initially, I think it'll be easiest to just do this. Once you actually have those files attached to metadata, ZotFile will move them (and they'll disappear from storage folder) -

by adamsmith ·right, you never would want to move the files yourself, but you can move them using Zotero and then use ZotFile --> Manage Attachments --> Rename (which also moves files if set up to do so). -

by Joscha ·@dragonfly, the ZotFile 5.0 beta does not work with Zotero 4.0.29.10 so you won't be able to do that. Please use the separate thread for anything about the beta.
