I have tried to access my bibliographic collection and now links stored in Zotero Standalone by Zotfile do not open the files anymore.

I use Zotfile to extract annotations from my PDFs. I was wondering if there is a way to combine all the extracted annotations from the library to a document or copy the text? It would be very helpful

Unfortunately Zotfile doesn't handle auto-rename&move from drag&dropped files (for legacy reasons, to put it briefly). There's no alternative to handling those manually. I hope that ZotFile will addre

I don't think there is a GUI option. The hidden pref is extensions.zotfile.pdfOutline.getToc

@adamsmith I could not find that setting in ZotFile's GUI. Maybe I missed it or it could be a hidden pref?

That's Zotfile functionality. I think you should be able to disable it entirely if you're not interested.

I do use ZotFile, but I have it "use Zotero to rename". For others, I just confirmed that if I make ZotFile rename instead, it works for renaming files added using the connector. Thanks.

ZotFile's send to tablet function allows you to automate that (and doesn't actually require a tablet).

Using the ZotFile add-on renames both, even if you keep storing the file as a Zotero attachment (as I'd typically recommend you do).

I am not sure if you are already aware, but as the Zotero 5 update, the "Use additional subfolders defined by" functionality in Zotfile's tablet settings (which I have set to /%w) is not working.
