It's the one you got the error about: C:\Users\Fanny\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\uno_packages\cache, you need to remove all contents of that folder.

1) How exactly are you inserting your references? If using the Word or LibreOffice plugin, try to change to a different style and back in the Document Preferences menu in the Zotero tab/toolbar.

This shouldn't happen unless you get errors from the Zotero libreoffice plugin in the first place. What version of LibreOffice are you running? Restarting should fix the problem.
