We recommend installing LibreOffice by downloading the packages directly from libreoffice.org website. Let us know if you have issues with those.

You should use the official, non-Flatpak versions of both Zotero and LibreOffice. If you still have trouble after that, say exactly what happens and we can try to help.

The Only Office plug-in is provided by Only Office, so you would need to contact them for support (unless the issue is the same in LibreOffice and/or Word, which I don't think is the case here)
