The latest release adds support for Zotero 7.
-
It looks fairly close to this: https://editor.citationstyles.org/styleInfo/?styleId=http://www.zotero.org/styles/mary-ann-liebert-harvard
-
Possible, but are you sure you want to do it? It can be complicated. See this page for information about your options: https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/citation_styles/style_editing_step-by-step ETA: you could also look for an existing style that…
-
Are you considering that wrong? I don't. There is nothing ironic about page or issue numbers in online-only journals. Journal can use them by tradition, even if they are less useful than they used to be. There are many things one could consider wron…
-
The metadata on the article page actually says And their RIS citation also contains that issue number.
-
No problem, I'm glad that you found the origin of the problem :-D
-
Strange. Perhaps someone with a better knowledge than mine will provide a simple explanation... Right now, the only other thing I could suggest is to try deleting your 10 collections, then importing just 1 file, then another one, then maybe another…
-
Thanks for the details! Hum. If you imported 10 files, indeed I would not expect Zotero to merge duplicates automatically. Are you using any plugins? Maybe this could change the behavior in such a case.
-
How did you import these collections? From 10 different files, or just one, or something else entirely? From what format? In principle, Zotero collections are not folders, they behave more like tags. The same item (not a copy, really the exact same…
-
I'm very curious, which journal requires this unusual format?
-
What actions are you performing when you experience slowness? The numbers in 1 and 2 should not be a problem. You can test the possible effect of plugins by disabling them all and turning them on again, one by one, to see if one of them causes the …
-
It is possible. Right-click on the header row, and choose which columns you want to see from the contextual menu. Publication is one of them.
-
"Creating groups for multiple teams without each group knowing other groups data... " Isn't that covered by the existing group functionality?
-
Yes, it looks OK now. Thanks!
-
It is clearly listed as retracted by the publisher and by Retraction Watch. The observed behavior on my work machine feels like the result of correct information fed to Zotero every now and then, quickly overwritten by data that doesn't list the art…
-
Strangely, I see that 10.1038/s41586-023-05742-0 is not marked as retracted in Zotero on my office machine today!?!
-
Maybe this plugin can help: https://github.com/UB-Mannheim/zotero-ocr
-
Please include an example URL for which the problem happens, and check https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues for possible causes.

No joy. The notification I'm seeing today is actually for another paper, in a group library (DOI 10.1126/science.aaw9068 in case it matters). The paper in my opening message is still not seen as retracted on my home machine. I think I will stop tink…
-
I have just noticed one important detail: this apparently only happens on my computer at work, not on my home machine. At home, the article isn't listed as retracted at all. I have disabled all plugins in case one of them is interfering: no effect. …

Things not working as they should is different from "no way to do XXX", and this situation can be addressed if you describe it in details. See https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems . You'll find that many people are ready to help you, bu…
-
Cool feature, thanks for pointing it out!
-
You can export easily to Bibtex from Zotero itself. If you really want to interact with Zotero from an external program, I suppose you can call the relevant export translator (see https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/translators/coding#export_translat…

Don't delete and re-create: import and merge the duplicate.
-
Compris.
