There may be a server problem at the moment - the sync is timing out. Also I can't pull up "my library" on the website. I've been syncing for a while now with no issues. Exactly the same for me. Syncing and web site have both been fine until today.

I had this problem yesterday, with mydisk.se locking my WebDAV access. But I have access back today, and my zotero storage sync is working again.

Bruce -- similar solution in my case, only using Evernote. It's not free but for a commercial app it is remarkably open (I'd love to see some interop facilities between it and Zotero).
