Thanks! I would use zotfile via the Chrome extension - download PDF’s and create a linked entry in my library. These files would not have any annotations yet. I usually then read and annotate in PDF-Expert and extract annotations into a note in Zote…

oh yeah, forgot about that! Good stuff. I’d probably still put it Notion as well though - but future workflows will prove whether it would have been sufficient to keep it in Zotero. Thanks! :)

Thanks! I have access to Word via my university account and it won't allow me to install Zotero, unfortunately. I am not a keen Word user anyway. Thanks for confirming it's copy-and-paste! I don't mind, it's just good to know I am not missing any…

Thank you so much, really appreciate the quick help. Attachments seem ordered by added date, not by title though. Had to re-attach linked files in the right sequence to get them in the right order. Noticed lots of empty folders in the Zotero fold…

so as am not using the beta reader and only have linked files, and have no images anywhere, it should be zero, right?
