I think there are two options: or you parse the formatting html tags OR you treat the title string and remove the html code.

not disapered like deleted, but moved to a no parent node

I tried to drag and drop from one parent node not automotically correctily indexed to a new one created manually, but the pdf disapered from the index. I think this was really a red flag.

So, it's really just copy and paste all Zotero directory. Easy as this?

I do have Calibre installed, but i do not use it. all my mobi/epub files are on HD sorted by directories.
