I still don't see an "undefined" in the title selection window, and those all import into Zotero, even if I mangle them. Yes, there are cases where Freecite can't parse a citation, but it looks to me like Zotero is doing all it can at this point.

Yes, you need to replace the old file with the new one. You will then need to restart Firefox for it to work on search pages, but it should start working on PubMed article pages immediately.

It works for me, so this is likely a proxy issue. Can you submit an error report and debug output for an attempt to save from Emerald? Since I can't replicate the error, we'll need debugging info from your end. Post the Error and Debug IDs here.
