• The first setting is the location where ZotFlie moved the attachments to. The second one to tell Zotero where to find the attachments.

• I think you should uncheck the Sync full-text content and Sync attachment files in My Library using ... option in Settings of Sync tab in Zotero Preferences

• where do you save your pdfs? Using Zotero storage or other cloud drive? You can check the online version of the pdfs to assure it is an uploading or dowloading issue.

• Yes, the default-locale is for Chinese article, and there are English ones in the bibliography, which I applied using en locale.
