I'm running iOS 9.3.x , the save page link is a nice touch unfortunately it doesn't work on safari. The page doesn't display properly the option of search bar input doesn't show at all on ipad but works on desktop via chrome.

@bwiernik eventually after a lot of trials, deleting and extracting all annotations, now I'm able to see all the annotations extracted, don't know what happened there, hopefully it won't happen again.

@emilianoheyns let's hope the zotero folks are monitoring these threads and hopefully will take things under consideration in improving the final product.

@adamsmith thanks for the reply. From a quick look it seems that you can only query with doi, url, isbn, etc. But I'm more interested in being able to do full text search query. If Isetup the zotero translation server will I be able to do that?

I'm using that as well, the only thing that I'm missing is accurate automatic metadata extraction and I have programmed that as well but the wall that I'm currently against is the fucking google that blocks multiple queries to scholar.

Ok I figured it out. It seems that in one of the items there was the same pdf added multiple times after removing it now things seem to be exported correctly, dunno though why that would cause problems, it seems like some kind of malfunction.
