• That looks like a feature in one of your addins, maybe Ethereal Reference. It is not native to Zotero. You can disable the addin or refer your request to the developer for that addin.

• The touch issue I described is still there in beta 77. I could take a picture of my finger over a blank menu but is that to prove the issue exists? Zotero 7 is great but the touch issue is annoying.

• The new interface is great! Alternate shading is a useful option but I do find the alternating shading harder to read, especially in dark mode. It would be good to have an option to toggle the alternate shading in Settings > General > Interface
