Zotero is built on top of Firefox code, so this should apply (substitute Zotero profile for Firefox profile) https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-already-running-not-responding

You'll want to look at pandoc documentation for that kind of thing: "A minus sign (-) before the @ will suppress mention of the author in the citation. This can be useful when the author is already mentioned in the text: Smith says blah [-@smith04…

Try 1) clicking the Refresh button in the Zotero ribbon in Word, and if that doesn't work 2) Try switching to a different style and back.
-
But it also looks like you're using the Snap package version of Zotero which isn't officially supported. I'd try with the official version, run straight from the tarball.
-
Yes, it should. How exactly are you pasting them in Word, though?
-
You can always submit a debug ID, reread the instructions for that. (The amazon page works for me, didn't test Worldcat). It could just be some sort of rate limiting/bot detection . I'd use regular library catalogs for books whenever possible
-
First of all, just to be clear, storage is just for syncing files across devices. You don't need paid storage to use Zotero. You could try exporting your library in sets -- maybe a thousand items at a time -- to see if that makes a difference, but …

An issue is typically a recurring identifier -- e.g. "Fall" or "4" (for the fourth issue in a volume). Number is typically a unique identifier within the context of a publication -- for example, there is only one GAO report GAO-24-107306 Number can …

I think it's plausible that just month/year is less common, yes. @bwiernik -- thoughts on this?
-
Nothing about pubmed import changed between version 6 and 7.
-
I have a vague recollection of a discussion about this in the past that this was tricky given how data are stored in Pubmed, but I can take another look if you provide a couple of examples (links or PMIDs)
-
I'm not able to reproduce. Could you re-enter the date to make sure there's no stray space at the end or other weirdness? If not, can you share the whole style? Does this also happen in the style editor or only in Word?
-
(This is CSL not Zotero in this case). I don't think there's a fix for this, I'm afraid, and it's not an easy problem to solve in a multilingual environment, I'm afraid.
-
You can just drag them to Zotero from your file system.
-
That's what the locate menu (bottom of right-hand pane in Zotero 7) is for: https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u2433/jxqzzrmbfx8ygckybk0o.png

Nothing new on this, no

There are no em-dash versions for both major Chicago styles: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=no em-dash There is no option to exclude articles from sorting currently, sorry. There are some discussions on this, but no progress I'm aware of.

You just copy a list of tags which each tag on a new line
-
This is an ACS variant -- it's basically this: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:taylor-and-francis-acs&format=numeric&dependent=0 with no DOIs, no issue numbers and citations not superscripted.
-
You can still paste a newline-separated list of tags and accept it with shift+return, that hasn't changed. Shift+return doesn't open a large window anymore -- it just goes to a new tag entry -- but you don't need the large window to paste tags. Th…

You'd have to modify individual import translators (see https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/translators/coding ) -- there's no setting otherwise. What type of Extra import are we talking about? In some cases -- e.g. DOIs for item types where those ar…

Are you saying that's for the journal Circulation? Do you have a link to the style guide specifying et al for 10+ authors?
-
That's correct APA style (which it looks like you're using): after the first row, subsequent rows are indented in order to more easily recognize individual bibliography entries. You can modify the style (you'd remove hanging-indent="true" from the…

add “ ” ‘ ’ after line 23 of the style code.

Any files stored in groups are counted (only) against the group owner's storage. If the group owner is at their storage quota, any attempt to sync new files will fail. Whether you can add/change items and add files to a group library depends on the…

https://www.zotero.org/settings/security has "Create new key" at the top of the "Applications" section.
-
(generally please post debug output IDs, not just excerpts) What that debug says is that you're trying to open a file that's neither online nor on the computer you're trying to open it from -- in other words, it's on another computer that likely has…

See step 5, read it closely and provide the requested information
-
You don't add local PDFs through the connector. Download it and drag it to Zotero
-
But if there is one large file -- like a 2GB one -- that would be local, not online, and the error message would tell you what it is.
