Multiple layouts aren't officially supported in Zotero (they only work because of unofficial support for csl-m, a variant of CSL), so I'm afraid you're likely on your own on this. Do make sure you have languages entered uniformly.

For context -- the SBL style started using collection-title for volume titles before volume-title was available in CSL. This got copied for MBTS (and should ideally also be updated in SBL)

You should try from the article landing page, not from the PDF view. Zotero will try to get the PDF file and display the captcha to you as needed.
