Can you see if you can update Word? There have been a bunch of small updates.
-

I'm not sure about updating that currently in the Chicago & APA styles; it's pretty messy. @adunning @bwiernik , thoughts? In any cases, an PR on the individual styles wouldn't be the way to go: the Chicago styles (and I think APA, too, now?) a…

Thanks all -- @tim820, thanks for pointing at Zotmoov; I'd been reluctant to install since I don't need any of the other functionality, but will take a look. @mjthorval -- the problem with the browser icon is that most PDFs I don't load have metadat…

Basically no. The only way Zotero works reasonably w track changes is by disabling it while it changes the document. For a one off situation (e.g. if you need to produce a tracked document for peer review) you can work around it by copying and then …

There's no reasonably way to localize this currently. month-day is planned for the schema/specs: https://github.com/citation-style-language/schema/issues/438#issuecomment-2103668122

Could you confirm your Zotero version and exact Word version? This sounds vaguely familiar, but I thought it had been fixed
-
I think we'll want to keep those translations specific to the APA style, i.e. add them to the locale there rather then the general French locales. As the specification section you link to suggests, "retrieved" can also be used together with "from" a…

Uncheck automatically abbreviate journal titles in the Document Settings in the Zotero Word add-on
-
As I said, this is working for me, so it's not the case that it does not work. It does sound like the Obsidian plugin generates theses incorrectly. If you go back to my first question, I didn't ask you about the output of your template, but about c…

Is there any official guidance that we could refer to for this? We currently just follow Springer's standard guidance for styles and the author guidelines do seem to reflect that.
-
That's this style: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:sage-vancouver we can add it under the IMR label, but you can also just point to that style as you do for Endnote
-
You've never been able to add/change metadata directly on a PDF, only on the parent item a PDF is attached to. Right-click --> Create parent item to attach that PDF to an empty parent, which you can then edit.
-
@AbeJellinek could you take a look?
-
I don't have access to those two on EBSCO, but seems pretty clear we're looking at the same general thing and the PDFs are downloading fine for me. Could you provide a debug ID from your browser for saving from the Full featured view of your browser…

I understand -- and that link takes you to steps to take to try to fix that issue, so please run through those. In all likelihood they'll fix things for you.
-
Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by 'journal tag' -- 1-2 (annotated) screenshots may help.
-
"Duplicates" and "Unfiled" have never existed in the web library.
-
(Should probably be fixed, but the version you're seeing is the Firefox version on which Zotero is based)
-
I don't think any of the log-in issues should be relevant (also doesn't sound like they're coming from Zotero, but hard to say). The "If this problem persists" link provides specific troubleshooting steps. We'd need to know what you've actually do…
-
Auto tagging relies on tags being available on the site you're saving from -- Zotero doesn't infer tags. I don't think any social media sites have tags Zotero saves. We'd need to see some examples (URLs/links) for news articles where you don't see t…
-
Same as always -- right click on the tag and "Assign color"
-
Yes, sorry, autocorrect ironically :D
-
what happens when you change the first one to say page=4?
-
String here refers to the entire string being converted, so case 1 would only apply to an all caps title like "THE WTO IS TO BLAME!" (and then indeed incorrectly lower WTO to WTO)
-
but where is that link coming from? When I create an annotation on page iii in a Zotero note and then copy that annotation to a Zotero note and then copy from there into a text editor, it's zotero://open-pdf/library/items/BEPMNZ42?page=3&anno…
-
I believe we're on the new interface and PDFs are still working for me. Could you post both a couple of URLs (which won't work for us but will be helpful to figure out structure and what you're looking at) and some specific works that you're access…
-
(Just to confirm, Zotero's own "Go to Page" functionality for annotations added to notes does work for Roman page numbers)
-
The issue reported here was fixed. Please start a new thread and report exactly what you are seeing and doing, together with am error report ID
-
But generally see above: You can enter perfomances using type: performance in the Extra field (using maybe the presentation item because it has good fields otherwise). I believe MHRA and Chicago are the only main styles that'll actually do anything …
