You can use multiple profiles (see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/multiple_profiles ) though the recommended way to work with multiple users on a library would be to use a group, not have multiple people share a "Team" account.

There's no update since April. FWIW, all Zotero data is encrypted in transit, new Zotero accounts are encrypted at rest, and Zotero is planning to add MFA, so most standard security issues should be covered, see also https://www.zotero.org/support/s…

I was convinced "-420" used to work, but currently only "Issued: -420" entered in the "Extra" field works. Whether B.C. or B.C.E. is used is determined by the citation style (most styles use BC, APA uses BCE, e.g.)

Substitute won't work -- it removes subsequent appearances of the same variable. You need to handle this with choose/if instead, which is tedious and why I recommended searching for a style that does this
