See (again) the linked section above. "PDF" isn't the filename, it's the attachment title. The filename is set correctly (you can look at the file on your harddisk using "Show file")

Sorry -- I meant switch to a different Zotero citation style (like IEEE or so) and back. That should in many cases fix this. If it doesn't, see the link the MS on how to edit styles (in this case: the "Bibliography" style) in Word.

Almost nothing changed -- BBT still exists and allows this, stock Zotero doesn't. The only update is that Zotero's API (and web library) will now recognize and use pinned stable citekeys set by BBT

(FWIW, clickin on the link should prompt you to install the style if you have a Zotero connector in the browser you're using; not sure if it'll work in Safari, though)

This is generally planned. You can use https://rintze.zelle.me/ref-extractor/ with Select in Zotero for the functionality, though it's obviously not as smooth as an built-in document collection or so.

Have you tried just deleting the bibliography and re-inserting it? (there have been a couple of reports of this, though none I'm aware of in the last couple of months, so you can also search if someone else with this the same issue found a solution)
