Mac word integration installation troubleshoot

Hi, I could not install properly my Zotero MacWord Integration. I check word version and firefox and zotero, all seem ok, but i still have this error message: "Zotero MacWord integration. Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox."
If you can give me any help. Thank you very much. Steve
