Adding bib data to saved links to web pages

When I click "Save link to current page", there seems to be no way manually to add the relevant biblio data so that it can be cited. Similarly, if I click New Item and select Blog Post (for example), which does let me add the data, I can't drag and drop the page into it. In effect there seems to be no way to merge together a saved link and some manually entered biblio data into a single entry.

Or have I missed something? If not, can this feature be considered?

    "create item from current page" is the preferred means of doing what you're trying to accomplish.

    You should be able to drag a link to a citation item in the middle pane, though.
