Create Bibliography does not work - error ID 1301407083

Hi, I have used Zotero for >3 years and haven't experienced many bugs (besides the well known problems :-)). Its a great tool! Anyway, I am experiencing the following problem: I have worked on a paper with word 2002 (New Plugin 3.1 and standalone Zotero (introducing new refs via the chrome extension). After inserting all the refs I wanted to create the bibliography and got the following message: Zotero experienced an error updating your document (well known in the forum but never quit the problem I have), continued by a German expression that translates like: "the style sheet in the field "based-on" does not exist or represents a different type"?
What can I do?

    The error you experienced isn't in your error report. Try re-triggering the error and then generating a new error report without restarting Zotero.
