I cannot install the word processor plugin

Hi everybody. Today i tried to install the word processor plugin for zotero. Unfortunately i got this massage "Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox"
Of course i checked that word was closed but nothing changed.
I have word 2003
Zotero 2.1.8
Windows XP

Can anybody help me?

I located both folder but it says
Cannot copy zotero access is denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not current in use.

I closed both firefox and word without success. I suppose the problem is that this is the pc of the office and i don't have right on the C: drive. Any other suggestion or advice?

If you don't have administrator access on your computer, you may not be able to install the Zotero Word plugin, or any other software for that matter. You can try changing the permissions on the directory, but that won't work unless you have the privileges to do so.
