No library is synced if one is full?
Last year we have made a zotero user to use as the common group library in our lab and increased the storage. In May I made a payment to continue this library with increased storage.
It was not until recently that I made a change to this group library and can not sync since then, because, as it seems, the payment did not increase our storage and the library is more than full now. I have sent an email to the support at storage@digitalscholar.org, but didn't get an answer in three days.
What is even worse is that I can not even sync my personal library any more. Because the group library is full, it just stops syncing immediately. I can not unsubscribe from the group, I need some references for a running project.
This is why I have two questions:
How long may it take to get support for storage problems?
Is there a way to exclude one of the libraries from syncing, so that the others can be synced normally?
I think it is a bug that in such a case syncing is stopped even for libraries that are not full.

Only attachments are affected, this is true.
But I would like to sync attachments in my own library, where I have plenty of storage, even if I can not sync the group library.
