Upgrade StorageBritish Journal of Haematology style (incomplete)
After some time I'm publishing again and I needed a style for Br J Haematol but I didn't found it, so I found one that was very close (EMBO Journal) and I edited it.
Unfortunatelly I can't find any official documentation on how citations in Br J Haematol should look like so I only looked at some articles how does it look there. So far papers in journals are fine, but not books or anything else (I don't find book citations in the articles). If anyone finds BJH article that has a chapter of book in the references or something I can try to do other modifications. But I'm not very experienced.
I'm not sure what is the right thing to do, but as most of the style is from EMBO journal file, I added original authors as contributors, I hope it's OK.
So it's not perfect, but It may help someone.

JanKYes, I read those, but they don't say much, especially about book sections. My style should comply with the things mentioned there.

adamsmithoh well - I didn't find anything on books or book chapters quickly, either, so let's just go with this - if anyone finds examples or guidelines for other item types we'll add them.
