How do use a certain style

Hello When I click the zotero Bibliography management icon on word I only get a choice a a very few citation styles. I ma intererested in formatting my paper for JACC (journal of american college of cardiolog) which I have used before in Zotero, but it is not one of the choices. Do I need to upload it somehow?
