Drag and drop
In the course of conducting research, it does become necessary from time to time to reorganize the filing system. I have identified this need, and the easiest method would be drag and drop. If your documents are grouped together, hold down the shift key and select your range to move. If your documents are spread out, select individually holding down the ctrl key. Once the selections are complete, click on one item and drag from the old folder to the new. As it is now, the individual page would need to be viewed and the folder selected to move that page to. I only have five pages to move, but it could be a whole lot worse.

scotWhen you say 'pages' do you mean Zotero's 'items'? I'll assume so. Do clarify if I haven't understood the question, but drag and drop (exactly as you described) does work. Click any collection. Select items to move. Drag to next collection. Note that (unless I'm mistaken and the feature's been added) you can't *move* items this way, but they do stay selected, so it's possible to remove them from the old collection with the delete key.

chschindAfter installing the latest version of zotero I had the same problem. I cannot drag and drop anymore the items into my collection. Is there a problem with it?
