Upgrade Storageimpossible to integrate citations into MSWord

I've been having issues with Zotero for a few days. It wont integrated citations into MSWord any longer with this message of error (my Firefox speaks French):
"Firefox n'a pas pu charger le composant nécessaire pour communiquer avec votre traitement de texte. Veuillez vous assurer que l'extension appropriée de Firefox est installée et réessayer". (Firefox could not charge the necessary component to communicate with your word processor. Please check that the appropriate extension of Firefox has been installed and try again).
I have made sure that I have downloaded the latest upgrades for both Zotero and Firefox. I'm working on a MacBook using MacOS10.6.7, and Word for Mac 2008 12.2.9.
