How to transfer library from one account to another

I am working on a group project, and I need to import/download another person's library onto my own computer so I can sort the entries by author. Right now, when I access her account through zotero.org, the entries are unsortable; they are just listed in the order she entered them, and I can't manipulate them at all. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

    PS--From her account, I tried to send a group library invitation to myself, but when I tried to access it by clicking on the link, it just took me to a generic zotero page about group libraries--there was nothing for me to join. Also, when I click on "Groups" in her account, and then on the library I want to join, it seems to have no entries in it. I'm totally confused and would really appreciate any help. Thank you!

    The invitations should be in your Zotero inbox, accessible through a link at the top of the page.

    Hi ajlyon, thanks for your reply. The invitations are there, but when I click on the link, it just takes me to a general zotero web page on group libraries--not to the library I want to join, for some reason.

    In that case, I think we'll need to see if the zotero.org tech support people can help out. Can you edit the first post and change the category to "Website"? That way it's more likely that the correct people will notice and help out.
