FF5 with zotero on Win7 - "error starting zotero"

hey all-
i just updated to FF5 on Win7 and am now getting the yellow triangle "error starting zotero" error. Any help?

Also, for your FAQ FYI, FF5 profiles have neither compreg.dat OR xpti.dat to delete (hidden or otherwise). Or at least mine did not.

Reinstall Zotero.

will i lose database/other settings? what is best practice to reinstall while maintaining integrity? uninstall first, then install? install over? thanks dan.

Just uninstall it and reinstall it.

It won't affect your data, but you should obviously have a backup of your Zotero data directory, as with any important data.

ok for future reference: uninstalling and installing the same version of zotero solved the problems and kept all preferences/data.
