CAQDAS capabilities and/or streamlined Compatability w/ other software

I am now officially beginning work on my dissertation, but I discovered Zotero nearly 2 years ago and I have been increasingly using Zotero to collect, tag, and occasionally annotate online content. At this point, I would like to be able to begin further organizing, coding, and analyzing it, but I'm not quite sure how to proceed. What would be the best way to analyze and/or export my library, including tags and notes?

Any input (and perhaps further development) on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    How are you proceeding? Using and developing Zotero as a qualitative analysis tool is a great idea.

    Have you tried the VUE plugin? (I'm also dreaming of some kind of integration with Graphviz and / or Gephi).
