I've noticed that if I take a snapshot of, say, an article that I find in a database behind a firewall (one that I have to log into such as EBSCOhost), the annotation and highlighting function in Zotero doesn't work. If I take a snapshot of a web page that doesn't require logging in, it does work.

I'm wondering if anybody else has noticed this or is it something I'm doing wrong?
