Ongoing Syncing

Hello,

Quick question, my Zotero library has been syncing for quite a long time - I've never seen it take quite so long. I tried last night as well and it wouldn't sync before I left the office (about 35 minutes). Any suggestions?

    I have exactly the same problem and it just sits there - seemingly doing nothing.

    Restart Firefox.

    I'm having the same problem on Firefox 4 with Zotero 2.1.7 (on Mac) - it stopped synchronizing when the 2.1.7 upgrade came in. The little sync icon just keeps turning, and the last sync is listed 4 days ago, just before the upgrade.

    The same version of Zotero, running with Firefox 3.6.17 works fine.

    We're looking into the cause of the recent spate of these reports—it may be an issue in 2.1.7 (possibly caused be a bug in Firefox 4). In the meantime, restarting Firefox is the only workaround.

    Having the same problem. Restarting Firefox does not resolve the problem.

    Upgrade to Zotero 2.1.8, now available, and try again.
