Upgrade StorageAdding attachment collapses first item
When I have the first item in my Library expanded (showing all attachments/children), and I click the Attach button, and attach a Link To or Snapshot Of the current page, it collapses the item (hiding all attachments/children) and executes the command successfully.
The expected behavior, where the new item is added, items below are moved down one row, and the new item is displayed alongside other attachments, happens for adding to other items, even of the same type (Web Page, in my test). Apparently there's a border case that the first item in the list behaves differently.
