The measurement should be -1584 pt to 1584 pt???

Word 2007 user, today when I incite something, the error comes up like follows:
"Zotero experiences an error updating your document.The measurement should be -1584 pt to 1584 pt"
Even IT assistant cannot solve this .

What is wrong?

I tried many styles, the problem still exist.
btw,When zotero is running, the word is not active, either. I have to close the word program, and restart it.
