Automatic capture not working

Hi - Auto capture does not seem to be working for me. The little book icon that usually shows up when I'm in a catalog isn't showing up anymore. I looked in support and the discussion and have tried everything suggested - updating, resetting translators...made sure firefox will accpet 3rd party cookies. But still not getting anywhere. Thoughts?

    Might be just that your favorite catalogue translator is broken

    I actually think you are right because I just went into another library's catalog to just grab the citations and it worked fine. We just implemented a new version of our catalog (Voyager) and I'm thinking it doesn't work with Zotero. http://voyager.calarts.edu/ The older version did though! It's quite annoying.

    No problems saving from that catalog here. Can you provide examples of searches you're running?

    Ok, someone flipped a switch or something because it's working for me now. I swear, it was working in all other catalogs except ours! All is well now. But thanks for taking a look.

    I'm having the same problem as Brena after my library changed its catalogue. http://library.mcmaster.ca/ The usual icons don't appear in the address bar, and when I try to use the library's "export" function, zotero shows that an item is being saved, but nothing is actually saved to zotero library.

    Anything I can do about this?
