pub.acs.org translator not working

When I click on the Zotero folder icon in the address bar I get a "could not save item" error. The translator works fine on a page with a single article, but I get an error whenever I try to use Zotero from a page with links to multiple articles (such as TOC or search results pages).

I'm running Firefox 4.0.1 and Zotero 2.1.6 on a Macbook Pro. I tried disabling all add-ons (except Zotero, of course) and still had the same problem. I checked the Forums but didn't see any recent posts on problems with the ACS translator. Likewise, I didn't see anything about the ACS translator on the "known translator issues" page.

Could this be a problem with how my computer is set up, or is it a problem with the ACS translator?

More likely Zotero than you - could you provide the URL to some sample pages?
If it's a session specific URL, also provide a search path how to get there.

Please go to http://github.com/ajlyon/zotero-bits/raw/master/ACS Publications.js and save the file to the translators directory of your Zotero data directory (http://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data).

It should start working again. If this works for you, please post here so that I can submit this change to be pushed to all users.

That worked. The save dialogue appeared, I checked the articles I wanted, and Zotero saved the checked items to the database.
