Upgrade StorageFile renamed from parent metadata but not updated in zotero
I am having the problem described at the bottom of this thread:

A PDF named "00995685.pdf" is dragged onto an item. Renamed from parent metadata, but the filename is not updated in zotero. Try to open it, zotero prompts for locate (and opens the folder containing the renamed file).
After the file is located, another Rename from parent metadata is performed and the filename is updated in zotero this time.
As suggested in thread linked above, created error report after first renaming, ID# 1355234530
using FF 3.6.17
zotero 2.1.6

2) Just to make sure it's not related, disable auto-syncing in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences, restart Firefox, and try again, and provide another Report ID if it recurs. (You're getting an error from your WebDAV provider.)
