problem with some articles in IEEE

Hello,
To explain my problem, well i was usin zotero for my Ph.d and it sames that it work correctly but from fews days i cant dowload the citation for some articles, i tried to re-instal zotero and firefox, but always the problem is still:

    well i found the solution to my problem and it was related to translators. so i changed the IEEE translator by a new one wich i founded it in the zotero forum.
