There was an error starting Zotero!!

Hi,

I have been using Zotero for a while. Everything was ok.

After updating my firefox to 4.0 (or maybe after updating Zotero, I don't remember exactly), Zotero became not working. I see the treeangle warning button on the Zotero button, and when I try to click on the Zotero button I get the message "There was an error starting zotero".

I am using Windows Vista, Firefox 4.0.1 and Zotero 2.1.6.

Can you tell how to solve this problem please?

The exact same thing has happened to me although im using windows 7 but the same firefox and zotero versions!

me too!

Then I followed the instructions about deleting two files from firefox profile (available from link above). It works now.
