Upgrade StorageLibrary disappaeared, also from Zotero account! Help please!
Hello, I had to reinstall Firefox due to a virus on my computer and therefore reinstalled Zotero too. Somehow my library has disappeared in the process because when I now log in to my Zotero account online the Library is now empty. What on earth can have happened? I thought Zotero's account would keep my data no matter what happened, its internet based after all so should be accessible through any internet device. I want my library back! If anyone know what might have happened and how I might be able to solve this please help. Regards, Linda

1. You never synced your account (that's most likely) - your Zotero data is by default _not_ internet based, but on your local computer - that's why you can access it even if you're offline
2. You're logging in under a (maybe slightly?) different user name - though probably not - your account is from Sept. 10th 2010.
3. You somehow overwrote your data on the server with an empty library - but that's actually not easy to do: You'd either have to sync after deleting all your items or use "restore to server" from an empty library - a regular sync with an empty library would populate it with your data from the server.
