group library

I am new to Zotero and have read some of the past forums of questions but none seem to answer mine. I started a large compilation of data that I wanted to put into a group library for several others to be able to have access to. This would promote Zotero as well as allow others to view the documents. My concern is that if I pay the $60 for 5GBs in my account and most of that is from my group library are the other group members going to have to pay the same $60 annually just to view my group library? Or will their own personal library be the determining factor of what they pay?

    you as the owner of the group pay for the group library and its storage - the files stored as part of the group do not affect the storage quota of any of the other users, i.e the other users can sync the group files for free.
    (Obviously, if they themselves own groups with files or sync files from their private library they'd have to pay for that.)
