Shows a testing123 profile name after logging in - not my own

I have logged in with my user name ashlee123, the system accepts my password but shows the name "testing123" on all of my profile data. And I cannot see any of my libraries.

    Did you actually log in with your username and not an email address? Those are both valid accounts and the emails indicate a possible relationship between them.

    Is it possible to delete the testing123 account, so I can have access to the ashlee123 account?

    There is no reason I'm aware of or that has been reported before that you would not be able to log into ashlee123 if you used only 'ashlee123' as your username in the login form. Try logging out and logging back in as 'ashlee123'

    I forgot the password to the ashlee123 account and when I try to reset it, the only password it resets, apparently is the testing123

    Then you are using the email associated with testing123 account, not the ashlee123 account. They are not the same email address, and removing one will not help you get the other. A password reset email has been sent to the other email.
