Select which file types for "Automatically attach PDFs..."

It would be nice to be able to select which type of file to download when the "Automatically attach associated PDFs and other files when saving items" option is selected. I don't like any PS reader I've found, and (in spite of many annoyances) prefer PDF, but CiteSeer (for example) always attaches only a PS file. I don't know if this is possible, but it's what I'd like.

Thank you! Zotero makes so many things easier it's amazing.

    I had the same problem. I don't know if it is possible in zotero to have options for translators, but this would be nice for this. Plus I think the full-text search is PDF only. Here is the code I wrote to allow sorting by preference. If you install the Scaffold firefox extension you can replace the citeseer translator code with this. This makes PDF first by default. You got ps.gz files instead because citeseer orders that first & Zotero was not changing the ordering.

    Devs, could you incorporate this patch? I tired to add it to Trac but it seems only admins can add tickets now.

    Updated translator now available. Existing copies of Zotero should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Now in the General pane of the Zotero prefs.
