Advanced search with AND and OR conditions at the same time

Is it possible to set up an advanced search which has both AND and OR conditions? For example, I want the search to return all items that match:

"In collection X" AND ("Tag Y" OR "Tag Z")

    Workaround:
    1) saved search for "tag Y" OR "tag Z" 2) advanced search ("collection X" AND "first saved search")
