Upgrade Storagehighlighting and annotation on html documents
Hi,
I just noticed a March 2011 comment "Annotation and highlighting functionality is no longer maintained and doesn't sync with the server. Annotation support may return in another form in a future version." as I was following a forum discussion. Can I get clarity on this as much of the documentation on the Zotero site still refers to this feature and there's still a screencast on it? I'm about to give a workshop and I'm not sure if I should include the feature in the training. Thanks.

It still works, it will likely keep working, it has never synced, and devs won't put any time into troubleshooting issues with it. They're also looking at alternate annotation tools such as libertexto.
