(bug?) wrong import from Refer/BiblX

For some strange reason, Zotero seems to ignore the first character when importing Refer/BiblX fields when it is non-ASCII. Otherwise, characters are imported fine.

Bellow you have an example with two references (sorry for the output). Both titles should start with Ä, but they don't.
