No download citation button on search bar

Hiya, I am experiencing the issue on both Chrome and FF.
I know this happened to others and I have a feeling it is related by connection through proxies. Am I right? The problem is, for most of us accessing databases such as Jstor and the like, it is often the case that we access through Universities log-ins (that is, via a proxy).

On top of that, not even my Uni's library catalogue website is now giving me the usual download option... this is a real nuisance as downloading citations is half of Zotero's job..

Any ideas?

Thank you as always for your support
  • Zotero works fine with most proxies. If no website works (including, e.g., amazon.com or other sites that wouldn't need a proxy), try these instructions.
  • Thank you. I understand it works with most proxies but it does not with ours (ezproxy). I checked by entering JStor without going through our library connection and it works.

Our new catalogue is not 'translated' by Zotero. Is this something that the developer of the catalogue can take care of? I would like to inform the library about this.
