V2.1.6 citation style

I encounter two different citation styles as followings:
two authors but displays differently
(Rousseau & Schalk 2000, pp3-4) -- without first name
(P. R. Sparrow & C. L. Cooper 2003, pp.30-31) -- with first name

How could I make them consistent?
thanks~

This is the effect of disambiguation. It depends on the style, but it is intentional. If you check the citations in your document, you will find that either there is another reference to Sparrow and Cooper for 2003, or that you have other cites that include the family names Sparrow and Cooper, with different given names. For each of the references, check to see whether the respective Sparrow and Cooper names refer to the same person. If they do, make sure that the given name is exactly the same in each (same name or initials, same punctuation). If the family names apply to more than one person cited in your document, the initials need to be there, so you can tell which person and which resource is referred to.
