Changed password=complete re-upload of files?

I had to change my WebDAV password this evening due to a PC infection, and on my first sync, it looks like Zotero is re-uploading all of my attachments to the server. It's working fine, but it just seems like overkill. Is it the expected behavior?

    It may just be checking all the files to see if it needs to upload them. It shouldn't upload them if they're already there and the file mod time hasn't changed.
