cannot insert citation nor bibliography

Hi everybody,
I cannot inserti any citation or bibliography in word.

Mac 10.4.11
Firefox 3.6.16
Macword 3.1.2

When I try to insert a citation, the citation menu opens correctly, I can select a book/reference but then... nothing. The selection windows stays there and nothing happens. I tried with multiple selection and nothing happens either. I click on OK but nothinh happens.
If I restart firefox, then I can insert 1 citation but then it stops again. The weird thing is that everything works perfecly fine, nothing is freezed nor blocked or slowed down.

If I try to generate a bibliography from a bunck of selected references I get this message:

[java script application]
An error occurred generating your bibliography. Please try again.

Can you help me please?

    So I understand correctly that creating a bibliography from within Zotero (i.e. without using word) doesn't work either?

    thx for the quick answer.

    I can create a bibliography without using word using different citation styles.

    Instead, using word I cannot add any citation nor bibliography.

    Hi, I found out. I guess it was a citation style problem.
    I have changed it and now everything works just fine!
